Energy Consumption Online Monitoring System
Overview
China’s industrial energy consumption is 30% to 40% higher than developed countries. The main reason of this situation is that enterprises use energy while lack of knowledge about the energy. Point Line Co. promotes the concept of ‘know energy before use energy, investigate emission before reduce emission’, and based on the current situation of energy and energy industries, developed the ‘Energy Consumption Online Monitory System’. The system uses independently researched and developed intelligent data acquisition unit which is installed in a variety of energy terminals, and based on wireless transmission of Zigbee, GPRS, 3G, as well as combined with intelligent software management platform, to implement online monitoring for any kind of energy media (water, electricity, gas, oil and etc.). The system provides on-site or remote energy monitoring (based on a reliable channel) for energy managers, to achieve data acquisition, parameter measurement, equipment regulation and control, signal alarm and fault handling, and provides basic data for enterprise information management. The system includes functions of communication, data pre-processing and storage, which ensure the collected data is saved in corresponding databases after processing, decoding and compiling.
