Theory

Under the guidance of the principle of ecology and combining microbial and modern biotechnology, by transferring nitrogen and phosphorus within the water environment to reduce sediments, accelerate material circulation of water ecosystem, purify water, eliminate odor, improve water environment, adjust ecological balance, thus to achieve the sludge reduction purpose.

Features

Cases

1. Ecological restoration of eutrophication water

The landscape water area of Beijing Zoo is about 60,000 hectares. Because of animal feed, animal excrement and tourists feed, the water was deteriorated and dark green, algal blooms appeared on the water surface, foul odor was emitted from summer until late autumn. Over 20 kinds of foreign and domestic controls measures had been taken while failed to achieve the desired results.

The application of the ‘Artificial Membrane’ products and supporting technologies in the polluted area brings rapid effects, water transparency increased significantly and has been crystal clear, meanwhile algal blooms and odor disappeared. 2. Swine sewage treatment and recycling

A swine farm in Huizhou City has been seen significant effect by adopting the artificial membrane as core technology, and which in combining unlimitedly comprehensive control of relevant technical measures of phosphorus and nitrogen. Meanwhile, according to the existing conditions of the fields to recycle the water, generate bioenergy through biogas, recycle fertilizer in processing biogas and reuse wastewater after treatment, to reduce energy consumption and water consumption, as well as to reduce operation costs in the process of wastewater treatment, and eventually to develop recycling economy.

3. Aquaculture wastewater treatment

China has been seen a rapid development of aquaculture in recent year, national aquaculture area is more than 5.6 million hectares, aquaculture production accounts for 70 percent of global output.
